GS9000 Automation

JENTEK offers a wide range of support for integration of the jET and GS9000 into automated solutions. One example is the Automated Internal Surface Tube and Pipe Scanner. This system uses a 39-channel GS9000 with MWM-Arrays to perform a helical scan path at 1ft/min scan time for crack detection, coating characterization (conductivity and thickness), coated and uncoated tube inspections for cracks, and currently supports a 120-180mm diameter range. JENTEK has provided automated solutions for a wide range of aircraft engine part inspections (holes, disk slots, fir trees, blades, etc.), coating characterization, weld inspection, and repair inspections. Customized engineering solutions are available.
